How much is delivery?
Delivery is ₹99 on every order.
Cash on delivery adds a ₹75 COD charge, and you pay ₹125 online when you order. That ₹125 comes off what you owe at the door.
Example: a ₹2,000 shirt on COD comes to ₹2,174. You pay ₹125 now and ₹2,049 to the courier.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders to Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Puducherry arrive in 5 to 7 days from the day you order. Elsewhere in India it is usually 7 to 10 days. Enter your pincode on any product page to see the estimate for your address.

Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery.
Do you deliver to my pincode?
We deliver wherever Delhivery delivers. Enter your pincode on any product page to check yours before you buy.
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a Size Guide with the measurements for that fit. Compare it with a shirt or pair of jeans you already own and like.
Between two sizes? WhatsApp us your height, weight and the size you usually wear, and we will tell you which one to order.
What do Slim, Regular, Relaxed and Oversized mean?
Slim follows the body closely through the chest, waist and leg. It is the original Derby fit.
Regular gives you more room through the chest and waist.
Relaxed is roomier again, with an easier leg on jeans and trousers.
Oversized is cut big on purpose, with a dropped shoulder and a longer, wider body. Order your usual size.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You have 7 days from delivery to return or exchange. Start it yourself at Returns & Exchanges with your order number, and we collect the parcel from your door for free.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with the Derby tags on. Exchanges are for a different size of the same product, subject to stock. Read the full policy.
Can I return sale items?
Yes. Every order, full price and sale alike, can be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different size within 7 days of delivery.
How do refunds work?
Once we receive and check the item, we start your refund. Prepaid orders go back to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded to your bank account or UPI, so we will ask you for those details. Banks usually take 5 to 7 business days after we start it.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, while it is still being packed. Open My Orders, tap Cancel on the order and tell us why. We confirm the cancellation by email, and prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
Once the parcel is with Delhivery we cannot stop it. Refuse it at the door, or return it free when it arrives.
I received the wrong item, or it arrived damaged. What now?
We replace it free, with no time limit. Raise it at Returns & Exchanges with a photo, or write to care@derbymen.com or WhatsApp (+91) 73973 77223 with your order number.
Can I return an online order at a Derby store?
Not at the moment. Orders placed online are returned or exchanged online, at Returns & Exchanges.
Do you alter the length of jeans and trousers bought online?
Not for online orders at the moment.
A style I like is out of stock. What can I do?
WhatsApp us on (+91) 73973 77223 with the product and your size. If a Derby store has it, we will try to get it to you.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account keeps all your orders in one place, and you sign in with your email and a one-time code.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. Write to care@derbymen.com with what you need and we will come back to you with a quote.
