What is the minimum bill value for free home delivery?
Derby offers free delivery in India for all purchases above Rs.1500 irrespective to the serviceable locations. The estimated time of delivery may differ from one item to another.
What are various payment methods accepted on your website?
Derby offers customers multiple payment methods, one can choose from Cash on Delivery (COD), Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI and Wallets.
Do you have any restrictions in delivering products to certain locations?
Derby processes all the deliveries with recognized courier companies. Derby will deliver to all locations in India provided the courier companies deliver to those locations.
What is the Exchange & Return Policy??
We offer our customers a simple, hassle-free, returns process. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order. You can call us on(+91) 739737723 or e-mail us at care@www.derbymen.com within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order to arrange for a pick-up. Our request is to ensure that the returned product(s) is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, is in a saleable condition along with the original packaging of the items to be returned, including the Derby tags.
What is the Refund Policy?
After the receipt of product(s) we will proceed with the returns check and validation. Once the return has been approved, your request for returns/exchanges would be processed. In the case of returns, banks normally take 7-10 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end. For returns of pre-paid orders, the money will be refunded in the same way the payment was made. This could include debit card/ credit card payment, net-banking, e-wallet, etc. We will initiate the process of refunding after we have received the product in unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition. This process can take 3 – 10 business days.
Can I return or exchange the products bought online at the Derby Store?
Products bought online (on derbymen.com) cannot be returned or exchanged at our retail stores. Please follow our online return process.
What if I receive a missing or wrong product received what is the procedure to return?
At Derby we take utmost care to ensure that what you ordered is delivered. If you have received a missing or a wrong product, please call us on(+91) 739737723 or e-mail us at care@www.derbymen.com. we will initiate the delivery of the missing product or arrange for reverse pick-up for the wrongly delivered product.
What if I purchase in bulk, is there a special offer/discount?

What about length alterations on Jeans and Trousers?
At this moment Derby does not offer length alterations for Jeans and Trousers purchased online.
What if I like a product and it is out of stock?
At Derby we refresh the out of stock products every day. If you like a particular product but notice that it is out of stock, you can call us on (+91)739737723 and we will arrange the required product for you.
How to register as a new user account on Derby?
You can register as a new user either by using your Google or Facebook login details or you can provide your e-mail address and mobile number to create your account.
Do I have to sign up on derby account to buy at Derby?
You do not have to create an account on Derby, when you place an order, and can simply proceed as a guest user.
