DELIVERY INFORMATION

Derby charges a flat delivery fee of Rs.99 per order across all serviceable locations. The estimated time of delivery may differ from one item to another.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional COD charge of Rs.75 applies, and a Rs.125 advance is collected when the order is placed. The Rs.125 advance is adjusted against your order total, and the remaining balance is paid on delivery.

With every order, you will receive an email and SMS containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details and courier information.

We process all deliveries with Delhivery - India’s most trusted courier service.

Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
