Returns Policy

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery is Rs.99 on every order. Cash on delivery adds a Rs.75 COD charge, and you pay Rs.50 online when you order. That Rs.50 comes off what you owe at the door.

How long delivery takes. Most orders to Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Puducherry arrive within 5 to 7 days of being placed. Elsewhere in India it is usually 7 to 10 days. These are calendar days from the moment you order, and they include the time we take to pack and hand the parcel to the courier. You will see an estimate for your own pincode on the product page before you buy.

With every order you receive an email confirming the details. Once we ship, you receive another email with the Delhivery waybill number, and further emails when the parcel is out for delivery and when it is delivered. You can follow the parcel at any time from My Orders.

All deliveries are processed through Delhivery.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Derby we want you in the right fit, so we keep returns and exchanges simple.

7-day window. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to raise a return or exchange.

Start it yourself. Go to Returns & Exchanges, enter your order number and the email or phone you ordered with, and pick the item you want to send back. We arrange a free reverse pickup, so there is nothing for you to pack off to a courier. Cancelling before dispatch. While an order is still being packed you can cancel it from My Orders. Once it has been handed to Delhivery we cannot stop it, but you can refuse it at the door or return it free once it arrives.

Exchanges are size swaps. If the size is not right, we will swap it at no cost for a different size of the same product, subject to that size being in stock. We are not able to exchange an item for a different product.

What you get back. Every order, full-price and sale alike, can be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different size within the 7-day window. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded to your bank account or UPI, so we will ask you for those details.

Wrong, damaged or defective items. If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or defective, we replace it free with no time limit. Please share a photo when you raise the request.

Condition. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in a saleable condition, with the original packaging and Derby tags intact. Items that are worn, washed, altered or missing their tags cannot be accepted, and will be sent back to you. Please pack items securely to prevent loss or damage in transit.

Refund timelines. Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are initiated from our end. Banks normally take 5 to 7 business days to process a refund after it has been initiated.

Exchange dispatch. Your new item is dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.
