Derby offer free delivery for all purchases above Rs.1500 irrespective to the serviceable locations. The estimated time of delivery may differ from one item to another.

With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details and courier information.

We process all the deliveries with recognized courier companies.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.

Please ensure that the returned merchandise is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition.

We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including the Derby tags.

Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

After the receipt of item(s), your request for returns/exchanges would be processed.

In the case of returns, banks normally take 7-10 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end.

In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.

For Returns of Pre-Paid Orders, the money will be refunded in the same way the payment was made. This could include debit card/ credit card payment, net-banking, e-wallet, etc. We will initiate the process of refunding after we have received the product. This process can take 3 – 10 business days.
