Returns Policy

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Derby charges a flat delivery fee of Rs.99 per order across all serviceable locations. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional COD charge of Rs.75 applies, and a Rs.125 advance is collected when the order is placed, adjusted against your order total. The estimated time of delivery may differ from one item to another.

With every order, you will receive an email and SMS containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details and courier information.

All deliveries are processed through recognized courier partners.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Derby we want you in the right fit, so we keep returns and exchanges simple.

7-day window. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to raise a return or exchange. Email us at ecommerce@derbymen.com or message us on WhatsApp at (+91) 7397377223 with your order number, and we will arrange a free reverse pickup. You do not need to ship anything yourself.

Exchanges. If the size or fit is not right, we will swap it at no cost for a different size or style.

What you get back, by order type.

• Full-price orders. You can choose an exchange, store credit, or a refund. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded to your bank account or UPI.
• Sale, deep-discount and Buy 1 Get 1 orders. These can be exchanged for a different size or taken as store credit. They are not eligible for a cash refund.
• Wrong, damaged or defective items. We replace these free with no time limit, whatever the order type. Please share a photo when you raise the request.

How store credit works. Store credit is issued as a discount code for the refund amount, usable on our website. The code works one time, so please use the full value in a single order, as any unused amount will not carry over to a later order. It can be used along with running offers and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Condition. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in a saleable condition, with the original packaging and Derby tags. Please pack items securely to prevent loss or damage in transit.

Refund timelines. Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are initiated from our end. Banks normally take 5 to 7 business days to process a refund after it has been initiated.

Exchange dispatch. Your new item is dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.
