How it works
Three steps. The last one is yours.

Buy at full price
Every full-price order earns 5 points for each Rs.100 you spend. Sale items and discount codes earn nothing.

Keep it 7 days
Your points land 8 days after your parcel arrives, once the return window has closed. We email you when they do.

Spend it as a code
From 200 points, open My Orders and press Use points. You get a code worth the same in rupees, for up to 20% of an order.
Bring a friend
Your friend gets Rs.200 off. You get 200 points.
- After your first order, My Orders shows your friend code.
- Your friend takes Rs.200 off a first order of Rs.1,999 or more.
- You get 200 points once their parcel has arrived and the return window has closed.
The code is for people new to Derby. It does not work on your own orders.
The rules
Short, and in writing.
- Earn
- 5 points per complete Rs.100 of a full-price order. One point is Rs.1.
- Not counted
- Sale items, orders with a discount code, and anything you send back.
- When
- 8 days after delivery, once the 7-day return window has closed.
- Spend
- From 200 points, up to 20% of an order. Rs.500 off works on orders of Rs.2,500 or more.
- Codes
- Each works once, on your account, for 30 days. Unused codes turn back into points.
- Expiry
- 12 months from the day you earn them. The oldest points are spent first.
Questions
What people ask.
Do I need to sign up?
No. Every customer is in. Sign in with the email or phone number you order with, and your points are in My Orders.
Why did my order earn nothing?
It had a discount code (points codes count), a sale item, or it came back to us. Points come from full-price buys you keep.
I returned part of an order. What happens?
You earn on the part you kept. If points already landed for something you send back later, we take those points off.
Can I use a points code with another offer?
No. A points code is the only discount on that order.
My code ran out before I used it.
The points go back to your balance within two days. They keep their original expiry date, with at least 30 days to spend them.
Do points work in Derby stores?
Not yet. Derby Club runs on derbyjeanscommunity.com for now.
